Automatic dosing machines are widely used in wastewater treatment,
as they can continuously and effectively mix compounds to produce
reactive polymer solutions. The main components of the machine
include: polymer feeder (including hopper), dry powder infiltration
device, storage tank, liquid level controller, agitator, dosing
inlet pipe, and electric control panel.
Working Principle
The quantitative agent is put into the mixing solution tank for
mixing and dissolution through the device as required. After
dissolution, it is sent to the dosing point through the metering
pump. The dosage can be adjusted freely to meet the requirements of
different dosage sites.
Product Classification
1. Polymer dosing deviceThe polymer dosing device consists of a
hopper, a push screw, an electric heater, etc. The effective
volume of the hopper can meet long-term dosing requirements, and is
equipped with an observation mirror to observe the material
level monitored by the dry powder level gauge. The push rod driven
by a high-precision reducer can meet the usage requirements.
Electric heaters can be installed in the discharge pipe of the push
screw to prevent powder agglomeration.
2. Polymer dissolution
device The polymer dissolution device consists of a pre soaking
device, a storage tank, and three sets of agitators. The pre
impregnation device is used to pre penetrate and mix polymer
powder. The three tanks are prefabricated mixing tanks, homogeneous
curing tanks, and solution storage tanks, with one stirrer to
ensure uniformity.
3. Water supply device The water supply device
consists of pipelines, manual ball valves, filters, pressure
gauges, solenoid valves, globe valves, rotor flow meters, etc.
