■ Application
The integrated water purifier is suitable for water purification in
rivers, rivers, lakes, reservoirs and other water supply projects
that use surface water as the water source, reclaimed water reuse,
and coal mine tailings water, coal washing water, baths, swimming
pools, car washes, papermaking , Printing and dyeing,
electroplating and other industrial wastewater purification.
■ Working Principal
The purification process of the integrated water purification
device is the same as that of the urban water supply plant. It has
coagulation tank, sedimentation tank, filter tank, water quality
stabilizing device, backwashing device, water pump and electrical
control cabinet. Now they are introduced as follows
1. The raw water into which the coagulant is added to the
coagulation tank is stirred by a mixer in the water inlet
coagulation tank, so that the suspended solids in the water and the
coagulant fully react to form rock flowers. A general water
purification device uses a vortex reaction to mix the water and the
coagulant, but the effect is unstable due to changes in the amount
of water. The water purification device is mixed with a mixer, and
the effect is not affected by changes in water volume.
2. The water in the sedimentation chamber is coagulated by adding
coagulant to form rock flowers and flows into the sedimentation
tank of the equipment for precipitation. The sedimentation tank
adopts the inclined tube sedimentation method, and the solid-liquid
separation is completed through the trapezoidal inclined plate
sedimentation chamber. Mud bucket.
3. The sedimented water flows from the filter tank to the filter
tank for filtration. The bottom of the filter structure is a water
pipe, the middle part is quartz sand, and the upper part is
anthracite. The filtration speed is 10m/h, and the clean water
flows into the clean water tank for disinfection treatment before
drinking. The recoil cycle of the filter tank is about 12 hours,
and the recoil time is 5-10 minutes.
Combustion process and brief description:
The waste is manually put into the primary combustion chamber of
the furnace body, and the automatic temperature control starts the
primary combustion. According to the principle of combustion three
T (temperature, time, vortex), it is fully oxidized, pyrolyzed and
burned in the furnace body combustion chamber. The flue gas
produced by incineration enters the second combustion chamber, and
the unburned harmful substances in the flue gas are further
destroyed in the second combustion chamber. In order to completely
decompose the unburned embers and meet the emission requirements,
the second combustion chamber is equipped with a burner to assist
combustion, and is equipped with a unique secondary air supply
device to ensure that the flue gas is in full contact with oxygen
at high temperatures, and at the same time to ensure that the flue
gas is in the second combustion chamber. The residence time of the
combustion chamber is adjusted according to the oxygen content of
the flue gas at the outlet of the second combustion chamber. The
temperature in the second combustion chamber is controlled and the
larger particles are removed by the dust collector, so that the
incineration efficiency and destruction removal rate can reach more
than 99%, so that it can achieve the effect of no odor, no odor and
smoke, and reach the national emission standard. It enters the
chimney and is discharged into the atmosphere, and the ashes
produced after combustion are manually taken out, screened,
transferred and buried.
