■ Presentation

inlet and outlet water pipes as required to put it into operation.
At the same time, the filter series products are equipped with a
top cover, and the sanitary protection conditions are good. It can
be set up in the open air, has a small weight compared with the
reinforced concrete filter, and adopts a flexible foundation of
asphalt sand.
■ Working Principal
When filtering, the muddy water enters the siphon rising pipe
through the water inlet distribution tank, the water inlet pipe,
and after passing through the baffle under the umbrella-shaped top
cover, it is evenly distributed on the filter material layer, and
enters through the supporting layer and the small resistance water
distribution system. Bottom water distribution area. The filtered
water rises to the flushing water tank through the connecting
channel. When the water tank level reaches the overflow weir at the
outlet of the canal, it overflows into the canal and finally flows
into the clear pool.
The process of filtration is: the clear water after precipitation
or clarification enters the siphon rising pipe from the water
distribution tank and the U-shaped water inlet pipe, and then
distributes the water evenly in the filter material layer by the
water distribution baffle in the top cover. Filtered through the
filter layer from top to bottom, filtered water enters the
catchment area from the low-resistance water distribution system,
and then flows to the flushing water tank through the connecting
channel. When the water level rises to the outlet pipe, the
filtered water flows into the clean water tank.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by
20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and
Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other
Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will
use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or
other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a
