Introduction

MBR sewage treatment is a common method of modern sewage treatment. It adopts membrane bioreactor (Membrane Bioreactor, referred to as MBR) technology, which is a new technology combining biological treatment technology and membrane separation technology, which replaces the traditional process. Membrane biological treatment technology is applied to wastewater recycling and has the following characteristics:

The separation process is simple, the area is small, and the effluent quality is good. Generally, it can be reused without tertiary treatment.

(2) Make the residence time of some macromolecules difficult to degrade organics longer, which is conducive to their decomposition.

(3) Membrane treatment technology is the same as other filtration and separation technologies. In the long-term operation process, the membrane is blocked as a filter medium, and the water flow rate of the membrane gradually decreases during the operation time. Effective backwashing and chemical cleaning can slow down the membrane flux. The decline in the MBR system maintains the effective life of the MBR system.

(4) MBR technology is applied in urban sewage treatment. Because of its simple process and convenient operation, it can realize fully automatic operation and management.

Packing and Delivery

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.

2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
