Introduction
The spiral sand-water separator is suitable for the grit tank of
the sewage treatment plant. It is an integrated equipment for the
separation and lifting of organic sand in the sewage. It can
separate particles with a particle size of ≥0.2mm. It has high
separation efficiency. The equipment adopts shaftless spiral and no
water bearing. It has the characteristics of light weight, compact
structure, reliable operation and convenient installation. It is an
ideal sand-water separation equipment.
Application
LSF sand water separator is suitable for sand water treatment in
grit tanks of urban sewage treatment plants. It is mainly used with
cyclone grit degreasing tanks or bridge sand suction machines to
further separate the discharged mixture of sand and water.

Main Features
1. The drive device adopts a shaft-mounted parallel shaft helical
gear reducer, which has a compact structure and a stable and safe
operation.
2. The recovery rate of particles larger than 0.2mm after
separation can reach 96%.
3. There is an inner lining in the u-shaped groove, which has
strong wear resistance, long service life and easy replacement.
4. The whole machine is fully enclosed and has good environmental
conditions. The frame is fixed with expansion bolts and no embedded
parts are required.
5. The equipment can be linked to the supporting equipment, which
is convenient to control, and it can also be equipped with a local
control box by itself.
Structure and Working Principle
The equipment adopts a shaftless screw type. The sand-water mixture
is input from the upper part of the separator. The gravel settles
by gravity in the sand-water separation tank, and the shaftless
screw body is used to rotate the gravel along 25. The U-shaped
groove is gradually pushed to the outlet, falling into the
receiving barrel and then transported out. The separated water is
discharged from the overflow of the separation tank to improve the
operating environment and facilitate outbound transportation.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by
20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and
Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other
Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will
use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or
other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a
professional shipping department, they will try their best to save
your container quantity.
