Application
The screw press is a supporting equipment for the trash grid. It is
composed of a feed hopper, a press screw, a spiral pipe, a slag
discharge pipe and a driving device. The grid residue picked up by
the grid or filtered filter residue enters the spiral tube from the
feed hopper, and is squeezed and dehydrated under the action of the
squeezing screw. The water squeezed out from the material is
collected into the water receiving basin and discharged by the
drain pipe. The material is compressed and discharged through the
slag discharge pipe, which can greatly reduce the weight and volume
of debris and other debris. The screw press is composed of drainage
area, feed area, screw conveying area and discharge area. The grid
slag enters the material area and is compacted in the compaction
zone by a screw press, and then the grid slag is discharged, and
the waste liquid flows into the collecting pipe from the grid.

Structure and Working Principle
The equipment adopts a shaft screw type. When the material enters
the hopper, the bar slag is pushed into the discharge pipe through
the spiral body, and the bar slag is compressed by the gravity to
push out the discharge port, and is directly discharged to the
garbage trolley for transportation inside and outside. Waste water
is discharged through the drain pipe after the filter screen and
the water collection pipe.
Main Features
1. The drive device adopts a shaft-mounted gear reducer, which has
a compact structure, stable and safe operation.
2. The spiral blade is welded on the screw shaft to enhance the
rigidity and pressing capacity of the blade. The spiral blade
adopts the variable pitch form.
3. The discharge pipe and the press are simplified as 45º
inclination.
4. The press frame is fixed by expansion bolts, no embedded parts
are needed.
