Application
Garbage incinerator is a device for incineration and disposal of
garbage. Garbage is burned in the furnace and becomes exhaust gas
into the secondary combustion chamber. It is completely burned
under the forced combustion of the burner, and then enters the
spray dust collector. After dust removal, it is discharged into the
atmosphere through the chimney. . The garbage incinerator consists

Combustion process and brief description:
The garbage enters the inclined downward grate through the feed
hopper (the grate is divided into a drying zone, a combustion zone,
and a burn-out zone). Due to the staggered movement between the
grate, the garbage is pushed downward, so that the garbage passes
through the grate in turn (When the garbage enters from one area to
another, it will play a big turn around) until it burns out and is
discharged out of the furnace. Combustion air enters from the lower
part of the grate and mixes with garbage; high-temperature flue gas
passes through the heating surface of the boiler to produce hot
steam, while the flue gas is also cooled, and finally the flue gas
is discharged after being processed by the flue gas treatment
device.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by
20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and
Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other
Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will
use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or
other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a

your container quantity.
