■ Introduction
Time program control is adopted. This control method does not
require instrument support. First, set the automatic dosing cycle,
dosing amount, dosing time and dosing frequency according to the
operation of the system. In the subsequent operation of the system,
the metering pump will automatically turn on and dosing at the
dosing cycle, and the metering pump will be turned off after the
specified time; at the drain cycle, the metering pump will stop
dosing, and after the specified time, the metering pump will
continue to open , To replenish the medicament lost by the sewage,
maintain the medicament content of the system at a normal level,
add the metering pump to the specified time and close.

Structure and Working Principle
The device adopts a jet mixer to disperse the medicine or powder
with high-speed water power to increase the fineness, increase the
contact between the medicine or the powder and water, and reduce
the dissolution time. The equipment is prepared by a three-tank
overflow combination, Maturation and dosing, use gravity and
solubility to produce the difference in the specific gravity of the
solution, automatically separate the dissolved and undissolved
ones, and then stir them with a low-speed stirrer to improve the
uniformity of the solution.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by
20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and
Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other
Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will
use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or
other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a
professional shipping department, they will try their best to save
your container quantity.
