■ Introduction
Intelligent dosing equipment uses sensing signals to control the
working process of the dosing pump. This control method requires
monitoring instruments such as pH meters, conductivity meters and
corresponding sensors. First, set the limit value of the control
parameter (pH value or conductivity value) according to the
operation of the system. If the following conditions occur during
the operation of the system, the dosing device will start to work:
if the pH value is lower or higher than the set value. A low pH
value indicates that the acidity is too strong and the system has a
tendency to corrode; a high pH value indicates that the alkalinity
is too strong and the system has a tendency to scale. At this time,
the detection instrument will feed back this signal to the control
system, and the control system will output instructions to the
designated metering pump to turn on the dosing system to adjust the
pH value. After the pH value returns to normal, the metering pump
will be turned off.

Structure and Working Principle
The device adopts a jet mixer to disperse the medicine or powder
with high-speed water power to increase the fineness, increase the
contact between the medicine or the powder and water, and reduce
the dissolution time. The equipment is prepared by a three-tank
overflow combination, Maturation and dosing, use gravity and
solubility to produce the difference in the specific gravity of the
solution, automatically separate the dissolved and undissolved
ones, and then stir them with a low-speed stirrer to improve the
uniformity of the solution.

1. Three-tank integrated continuous preparation, easy to operate

2. Dry powder or liquid polymer can be double fed to meet different
needs.
3. The PLC runs fully automatically, saving labor.
4. A screw pump or a metering pump can be used for the
pharmaceutical dosing (the former is conventionally used), and the
measurement is accurate and adjustable.
5. The equipment has no base and fixed, exquisite appearance and
easy maintenance.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by
20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and
Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other
Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will
use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or
other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a
professional shipping department, they will try their best to save
your container quantity.
