Product Description
The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is an efficient sludge
dewatering equipment, which can squeeze out the moisture in the
sludge to a large extent.
Work criteria
There is a water storage tank on the back of the machine to
accumulate sludge. There are sludge inlet, sludge outlet and
overflow in the tank. The sludge inlet is connected to the pipeline
through which the sludge enters. The sludge outlet is the channel
through which the sludge accumulates in a sufficient amount in the
tank and enters the next link.
The sludge enters the dosing and mixing process after reaching a
sufficient amount in the storage tank. This is also a box, but it
is bigger. There is an iron plate on the top of the box. Install a
stirrer to mix the sludge and add the agent that enters the sludge.
After the sludge has accumulated to a sufficient amount, it enters
the dehydration process.
After entering the dewatering section, the solid waste stays in the
channel composed of numerous and tight gaskets, and the waste water
flows out of the gaps between the gaskets. The gap is very small
and only allows water to pass through. The remaining solid
impurities will be intercepted. There are two types of sheets, one
is a fixed gasket and the other is a movable gasket. When the
equipment is running, the movable gasket will make a small circular
motion to facilitate the passage of water.
There is a spiral rod in the circular channel composed of gaskets,
which changes from thinner to thicker evenly like spaghetti. The
closer to the equipment, the thicker the final mud outlet, which
makes the circular channel space in the gasket more and more Small,
so as to achieve the purpose of sludge dewatering and thickening.
