Ld215 microporous aerator is a new type of aerator specially developed by our company based on the original membrane microporous aerator according to the process characteristics of sewage biological treatment. The overall structure of the aerator is scientific and reasonable, the process is advanced and the design is novel. The microporous aerator and supporting tray have a unique spherical crown structure. The aerator has excellent performance of anti blocking and backflow of waterproof body. Under intermittent operation conditions, sludge is not easy to deposit on the surface of aeration membrane. Compared with the flat diaphragm microporous aerator, it has longer service life and higher oxygenation efficiency, and is also suitable for the biological treatment of micro pollution of source sewage.

Main Features

1, Good anti blocking and anti backflow performance. The aerator is hemispherical. Even if the water quality of the aeration tank is complex, it still operates intermittently, and its surface is not easy to accumulate mud. The diaphragm drilling technology is unique and advanced. It is a diagonal cutting type. In addition, a special seal ring is set at the top center to more effectively prevent the backflow of water.

2, The diaphragm has strong tear resistance. The rubber diaphragm is of spherical crown shape. During operation, the holes are opened and stressed evenly, the degree of fatigue deformation is reduced, the resilience is good, it is not easy to tear, and the service life is long. The gas distribution is uniform, energy-saving and efficient. The working surface area of the hemispherical aerator is relatively larger than that of the flat plate aerator, with small bubbles, uniform gas distribution, high oxygen charging efficiency and good treatment effect. Especially when working at low gas volume, it can still play this feature, which is convenient for operation and management.

3, Aging and corrosion resistance. The hemispherical aeration membrane is made of high-quality rubber, and the supporting tray and screw nipple are all engineering plastics. These materials have excellent physical and mechanical properties. Excellent aging resistance, acid, alkali and chemical corrosion resistance, small resistance loss. Due to the unique anti blocking and anti backflow performance of the aerator, the check valve attached to the plate type microporous aerator is omitted, which reduces the resistance of the aerator and saves energy consumption.
