The dosing device is a dosing device mainly composed of metering
pump, which assembles the dissolving tank, agitator, level gauge,
check valve, pressure gauge, filter, buffer, pipeline, valve, base,
escalator, automatic monitoring system, electric power control
system, etc. on a common platform as required by the process flow
to form a module.
Structural characteristics
The dosing device adopts electromechanical integration structure,
which is divided into fixed type and mobile type. Each type is
equipped with mixing system, dosing system and automatic control
system. The utility model has the advantages of compact structure,
small volume, low noise, stable operation, simple installation,
convenient operation, etc.
Operating Instructions
The dosing device can be configured with various solid and liquid
chemical solutions through different process designs, and then
accurately dosed with metering pumps to meet various design
requirements. Such as scale removal, oxygen removal, coagulation,
acid addition, alkali addition, etc.
The dosing process can be manually operated, or automatically
controlled by PC, magnetic flap level gauge, PH meter, travel
controller, frequency converter and other electrical appliances and
instruments.
Dosing instructions
The dosing amount and pressure of the dosing device can be selected
according to the needs of the industrial process. The flow is from
1L/H to 8000L/H, and the pressure is from 0.1MPA to 25MPA. The
metering accuracy of the metering pump is up to plus or minus 1%,
and it can realize simultaneous transmission of multiple media and
separate adjustment; And according to the different transmission
media, the solution tank has a variety of materials to choose from,
such as carbon steel, stainless steel, non-metallic materials (PE,
PVC, PP, PTFE), etc.
Scope of application
Wastewater treatment: flocculation treatment of municipal or
industrial wastewater, treatment of sludge dewatering process, and
tertiary and tertiary treatment of municipal wastewater;
Drinking water purification: waterworks using surface water as
water source can improve the purification and sedimentation
effects.
Other industries: industrial wastewater treatment in chemical
industry, electroplating, food and beverage industries, such as
wastewater treatment in paper industry, wastewater treatment in ore
smelting process, brine treatment, etc.
