2. Dehydration: the thickened sludge moves forward with the rotation of the spiral shaft; Along the outlet direction of the mud cake, the screw pitch of the spiral axis gradually decreases, the gap between rings also gradually decreases, and the volume of the spiral chamber continuously shrinks; Under the action of the back pressure plate at the outlet, the internal pressure gradually increases. Under the continuous operation of the screw driven shaft in turn, the water in the sludge is squeezed out,and the solid content of the filter cake continues to increase. Zui finally realizes the continuous dehydration of the sludge.

3. Self cleaning: the rotation of the spiral shaft drives the traveling ring to rotate continuously. The equipment realizes a continuous self-cleaning process relying on the movement between the fixed ring and the traveling ring, thereby ingeniously avoiding the common blockage problem of the traditional dehydrator.
