The spiral type sludge dehydrator uses its unique and delicate
filter body mode to replace the traditional filter cloth and
centrifugal process. It has the characteristics of low consumption,
low energy consumption, low operation, compact arrangement, small
space occupation, high technical content, easy maintenance and
transportation, and is deeply loved by the majority of users. It is
widely used in sewage treatment stations, township sewage plants,
small and medium-sized sewage plants and other places.
Tectonic principle
The screw stacking main body of the dehydrator is a filtering
device formed by the overlapping of the fixed ring and the
traveling ring, and the spiral shaft runs through it. The front
section is the concentration section, and the rear section is the
dehydration section. The filter gap formed between the fixed ring
and the traveling ring and the screw pitch of the spiral shaft
gradually decrease from the concentration section to the
dehydration section. The rotation of the spiral shaft drives the
sludge to be transported from the thickening section to the
dewatering section, and also drives the traveling ring to clean the
filter seams to prevent clogging.
