The screw type sludge dehydrator applies the principle of screw
extrusion. It is a solid-liquid separation equipment that can
squeeze and dewater sludge through the strong extrusion force
generated by the change of screw diameter and screw pitch, and the
small gap between the movable ring and the fixed ring. It can be
widely used in breeding farms, slaughterhouses, sewage treatment,
food processing, coal washing and chemical industries, etc. It is
an energy-saving and environment-friendly water treatment
equipment.
Working Principle
The sludge is delivered to the flocculation mixing device through
the sludge inlet pump, and the polymer flocculant is injected into
the flocculation mixing tank. The sludge after alum is formed after
the reaction of the stirred sludge and the polymer flocculant, and
then enters the dehydration part after the gravity concentration of
the snails stacking body. The screw pitch of the spiral axis of the
dewatering part gradually decreases along the direction of the mud
cake discharge outlet, because the compression of the back pressure
plate increases the internal pressure in the main body, so as to
achieve the purpose of dewatering. After dewatering, it is
discharged in the way of mud cake.

1. Separation technology: the organic combination of spiral
pressure and dynamic and static rings forms a new separation
technology integrating concentration and dehydration, which
increases the selection of advanced dehydration methods for China's
environmental sewage treatment field.
2. Energy saving and water saving: due to the continuous movement
of the dynamic and static rings, the self-cleaning effect of the
cylinder is achieved, and the filter gap is not easy to be blocked.
3. Double the processing capacity: the processing capacity of the
sludge dehydrator is twice that of the previous dehydrators. One
unit can solve the sludge volume generated by 10000 tons of sewage,
and can be equipped with 50-40% deep sludge dewatering design
process. A single set of process can solve 1-3 tons of sewage
treatment capacity.
4. The pressure regulating plate of the spiral sludge dehydrator
adopts elastic automatic regulation to naturally balance the
internal pressure of the sludge in the dewatering section, which
can effectively ensure the service life of the dynamic and static
ring discs.
5. Green environmental protection: the whole machine is sealed and
can be directly observed. The shell is easy to disassemble and
assemble, no sewage leakage, no secondary pollution, and the noise
is less than 45 decibels, making the sludge room a beautiful
environment and civilized production.
6. The spiral sludge dehydrator has no blocking elements such as
filter cloth and filter hole, which is safe and simple to operate,
and can be determined according to the customer's operation time.
Combined with automatic control system, the spiral sludge
dehydrator can realize unattended automatic operation through
program.
