The chain type oil scraper is the supporting equipment of the sedimentation tank in the sewage treatment, and is a professional product developed by our company. The chain type oil scraper is specially designed to remove grease, colloid and sludge at the bottom of the tank in industrial and urban sewage. The chain oil scraper has the characteristics of adjusting measures to local conditions, flexible slag removal control, stable operation, convenient operation, simple maintenance and long service life.
Working Principle
1. The chain mud scraper continuously removes the suspended solids
floating on the water surface and the sludge at the bottom of the
tank, moves along the tank surface and bottom, and pushes the
suspended solids from the inlet end of the liquid level to the
outlet end. It can be used for skimming and bottom scraping of the
inner surface of rectangular primary sedimentation tank and
secondary sedimentation tank, as well as skimming of various tank
body shapes. It has been widely used in the water treatment
industry in recent years.
2. Driven by the peripheral driving device, the main beam is driven
along the tank top at a linear speed of 2.0m/min with the central
rotating support as the axis, and the lower part of the main beam
is connected with the support, sludge scraper, etc. The scum
scraper is set near the liquid level and extends along the central
stabilizer to the hinged scraper. When the main beam rotates, the
scum scraper skims the scum on the liquid level from the center of
the pool to the periphery of the pool and collects it in the hinged
scraper area. The collected scum moves to the skimming bucket along
with the main machine around the pool, scrapes it into the skimming
bucket through the hinge of the scraper and discharges it outside
the pool.
3. When the scraper moves back and forth, a layer of sludge at the
bottom of the tank always moves forward until it falls into the
sludge collecting ditch. The reciprocating movement of the scraper
also has the function of thickening sludge, which is particularly
important in practical applications. When the amount of sewage is
equal, the higher the concentration of sludge, the lower the water
consumption rate, which also reduces the loss of water and energy.
