The circular operation of two parallel closed chains makes the running direction of the upper and lower chains change naturally, without the need to control the reverse direction, simplifying the control procedure and saving the cost. Working Principle

The chain-plate oil scraper is equipped with two parallel closed traction chains. It is equipped with multiple scrapers. Under the driving force of the drive device, the chain and scraper circulates along the guide wheel and guide rail set up on the upper and lower sides of the sedimentation tank to form a four-sided track. The scraper can move slowly up and down to scrape the floating oil residue from the water inlet end to the oil collecting pipe at the water inlet end and discharge it, The sediment settled at the bottom of the tank is scraped from the inlet end to the sludge tank at the outlet end and discharged through the sludge discharge valve, thus completing the primary mechanical purification of sewage.
